Your mother would have told you that the goodness of fruits is hidden but the interesting fact is they are great in flushing toxins out of your body. Fruits and vegetables are a good source of dietary fibre and the fibre extracted provides for smooth bowel activities. Constipation may be caused by lack of fluid, poor diet, and other intake of medicines. Banana is a great choice of high-fibre food to replace the lack of nutrients in your body.

Cholesterol-Free

Try to avoid after-meal snacks and chocolate cakes as this indulgence can lead to weight gain. As much as you, the bride-to-be, should restrain yourself from foods that contain high cholesterol, always practice moderation. Substitute your indulgence with fruits that are high in vitamins and make it a habit to have at least an apple a day to keep your pimples at bay.
